Technical Features of double shaft cement mixer:
1. Electric lubricating oil pump：Supplying oil to the four shaft-end respectively with four pump cores,without by-pass valve,to avoid blocking of by-pass valve,decreasing maintenance and service.
2. Shaft-end seal: Original-imported parts installation, include wear-resisting rubbers, labyrinth seal, floating seal and lubricating oil seal, to avoid cement and slurry closed to shaft-head;
3.Gear box: Adopt Italy gear box, long service life,lower noise, no oil leakage.
4. Discharging system: Hydraulic discharging system, strong drive force, reliable discharging, can open discharging gate at any angle with manual discharging function; The discharging door adopts detachable structure, convenient for maintenance.
